Friday Night Snowshoe
A staple of Corner Brook winters for many years now, the Friday Night snowshoe! Each week we head outffor a romp in the snow. We head out to various locations in and around Corner Brook to experience the endless supply of snowshoeing trails available in this section of the West Coast of Newfoundland. Each year for the winter we offer spinning classes Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings at 7pm. Find us at 6 commercial Street, Corner Brook and get set to sweat! Pass booklets are sold at the shop Monday-Saturday and are available in 10, 20, season pass allotments. Drop-ins are welcome to spin classes as long as you give us a call a day or two in advance for us to book you into a spot in the class. Thursday Group Road Ride For Everyone
Thursdays, Starting on April 21st, at 6:15pm
Looking for a great way meet new people, have fun and get pumped for the rest of the week? Show up & ride with the group that suits you. We have A, B, and C groups based on your ability. Meeting 6:15pm, Thursdays at Cycle Solutions, 35 West Street.
Direction will be determined by mood & wind each week! Be sure to check the weather and dress appropriately ahead of time.
XC MTB Rides for Everyone
Tuesdays, Starting on May 7th at 6:15pm
Meeting at 6:15pm every Tuesday at the Tipping’s Pond parking lot! This weekly trail ride takes place up around the trail systems of the Massey Drive area, and usually last anywhere between an hour and a half to two hours. Riders of all skill levels are encouraged to swing by for a bit of fun shredding!
Road Cycling Time Trial Series
Measure your progress! Roughly every two weeks we will hold a recreational time trial on Tuesday evenings. This is a great chance to measure your fitness and speed progress throughout the summer! Starts 6:30pm in Steady Brook on Marble Drive, right in front of the town hall.
