Once described as alpine trails and flow, with sea-level accessibility. The West Coast of Newfoundland is riddled with spectacular scenery and exceptional trail riding. These hidden gems are ideal for a lunchtime spin, or longer backcountry adventure — whichever you need to clear your mind and purge your soul.
These routes haven’t appeared out of thin air, though. We’ve been developing a network throughout the past five years, and intend to keep building far into the future. You can read a little more about those efforts, here.
Feel free to join us every Monday and Wednesday at 6pm for our weekly Trail Builds. We are currently working on a new trail in Massey Drive, with an unparalleled view of Corner Brook. Once completed it will be second to none. We meet at the Harvey’s Road Trailhead, and wander in from there! The trailbuilding season ends when the ground gets too cold, and kicks off again when the ground warms up. We always announce dates and cancellations on our social networking pages, linked below.
Group Mountain Bike Rides take place every Tuesday at 6:15pm, with starting points dotted around the area. We announce where-to via our social networking pages, linked below.
